We work with local agencies and with private sellers. You tell us what you're looking for; we track every property for sale, through agencies or privately, and ask agencies for what isn't online yet. We view, we check the price, we negotiate for you. No need to call every agency one by one.

Free consultation: area, budget, must-haves, timescale. Your financing is assessed before any viewing, then we sign a 3-month exclusive Chasse.immo search mandate.
We contact agencies and sellers
Your precise brief is sent to local agencies. We also track private listings and ask for properties not yet online.
You only view properties that match
Each shortlisted property is checked and its price analysed: nearby sales, EPC, works. Viewing on site, by an adviser from the network or with the property's agency, and by video if you are far away. We negotiate for you, right through to signing.
Paid only if you buy.
Property sold by an agency: its own fees apply, shared with us; you pay nothing extra. Property sold privately: our scale, calculated on the net price to the seller, excluding notary fees.
The exclusive mandate, in plain words
- 3 months' exclusivity. During the mandate you buy through us: this is what lets us get the agencies in your area working for you and negotiate on your behalf.
- Cancellable afterwards. After 3 months, you can end it at any time with 15 days' notice by registered letter.
- 14 days to withdraw after signing, at no cost.
- Fees only if you buy a property we presented to you. Property sold by an agency: its fees are shared, you pay nothing extra.
- Fair dealing with sellers we introduce. During the mandate and for 12 months afterwards, you do not deal directly with a seller we introduced to you.
